Honestly, i've dealt with plenty of storage units in my past, and this one, everything from the people you call on the phone which is like a call center, but it's not unpleasant.And it's also not automated, it's definitely with humans all the way to needing to upgrade my unit same day was done via video call at the kiosk at the location, which was super simple to utilize and reach somebody at the call center.They walked me through everything I needed to know.Step by step including the twenty dollars extra on top of your fee.But that's to access your unit twenty 47, which is totally worth it.Especially if you're doing a fast move. I received a call from josh today in place of the manager of the sound view.Public storage he operates the public storage in Port Orchard and the experience I had with that phone call was honestly second to none called to let me know that because there had been a bit of a confusion with my unit. I had to move out of because it wasn't big enough, managed to accrue, and they took care of it without me having to do or say anything to them. And they made sure to call, and let me know that if I received an email that I didn't need to worry about it, because everything was already done. And squared away and taken care of fully. And totally would 100% recommend using this company. And this site.

I have had a small storage unit with this place for a while and they keep raising the prices extremely high and I have the smallest unit they have. I am now having to pay 184 dollars a month for a closet size unit, safe to say I am going to be browsing other options.

Josh, the property manager who manages this location and the one in Port Orchard, is great - professional and happy to help. This property in Gig Harbor is small and Josh is there several days a week. The lock that came with my new rental didn’t fit, and the kiosk one must use to speak to a live person at Public Storage wasn’t yielding results. Be used public storage for decades and was questioning whether I wanted to stay with a company that has no site manager at the property. Josh was on site that day, cheerfully gave me a lock that fits and told me to contact him directly for any questions or concerns associated with my rental. That’s great customer service.

Highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage in Gig Harbor or in a neighboring town. Josh helped me from day 1. He was amazing!! I know I was a handful with multiple reservations (only needed 1... Haha), multiple phone calls, tons of questions because I had no clue what I was doing, and he was patient and helped me every step of the way. The facility is easy to get in and out of and it is in a great location. Couldn't ask for anything better! Kudos to Josh and the staff for everything they have done and continue to do for me. :)
