Easiest move into storage ever! Extremely nice and helpful staff in the office too! I chose this location because it was one of the few places I could get a 10x5 instead of 5x10 unit. I'm not in the best shape physically, so trying to go 10 feet deep into a locker is not feasible. I can already tell the 10 x 5 is going to be perfect for my needs. When you rent an apartment, they just don't have enough storage space. So I need a locker that's like an extension of my home. I am already impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and helpful office staff AND the hours. Some places are closed on weekends or Sunday, and that's about the only day I can go. I can already tell I won't dread visiting my locker like I did other places, but look forward to accessing it whenever needed.

This is about the Clearview Sound Storage facility. The thing that stands out first in my mind about our temporary move and storage is the wonderfully friendly, helpful and professional person on the phone during our inquiry about the facility. That was Phil. Next thing, is the helpful, courteous, fair and responsible person we encountered at the facility on the day when we moved in. We talked as we toured, and got to know a little about each other as we found our particular storage unit. For me, being of a similar age, it was like talking with a new friend. This was also Phil. It was cold on the day we moved, and everything inside the storage unit area seemed to be cool, clean and dry. The facility is brand new so they are still shaking out a few idiosyncrasies to make it as perfect as possible. They're nearly there. So far everything has worked out well. This is a convenient spot for us and we have already been back to the facility twice to bring in some stuff and take other back home. Each time it has been a pleasure to see Phil at the desk. By the way, he deserves a pay raise because he is perfect for what he does! Thank you!

The best storage in the area. Clean. Aircondition. Access time is convenient. Office hours is the best. Very friendly staff. The only drawback is... the rate! Introuctory price is reasonable until they hike it to very unreasonable.

Great service. Clean and secure. Extra bonus points for having covered places to park while loading and unloading. Even more for having flat bed carts. 5 stars. Would recommend. They're All The sto-Rage!!!
