I set up a reservation on line to store my boat when I spoke with the store manager we were discussing what was needed. He was asking me questions around my insurance in which I did not have the answer to at that point. He offered for me to come there to have him look at my insurance and I responded with that is too much (I was short on time and 45 min - 1 hour one way to get there). He asked if I wanted to cancel the reservation and I said sure. Following the conversation I pulled up my insurance and got the answer in which I called him back (approximately 2 minutes later) to let him know I was good and would be headed there. He then began to berate me telling me that I was a liability and he refused to rent a spot to me because I said coming there to look at my insurance was too much. When I explained why he remained argumentative and kept his stance. The worst customer service I have dealt with since moving up here.
