Extra Space Storage - 8270 - Puyallup - 15th St

Having rented many storage units over the years I was excited when I found this space as the rent (at the time of move-in) was reasonable and the facility convenient. After 2 months of renting a 10 x 20 I had the need to rent an additional 10 x 20 and thought I would do so at this same facilty to assist in what I was trying to accomplish. After having both units I received a notice that the first unit I was renting was going up by 50% . that was making my $198 unit now $298 after I had only been there a few months. I expressed my concern to staff asking how they could give me a 50% increase. Management was rude and condescending and said the going rate of the unit had increased. I have since moved out and now see that they are offering that same unit they just raised the price on to me at an even LOWER price then I first rented it. BEWARE!!! they are crooks!! lots of people were moving out when I was and I think they do this frequently to the customers.
