I recently was in need of a storage and initially picked this location due to its proximity. However, it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The facility is clean and well kept. The security is impressive. The rental agreement is flexible. The rental process was made easy and more importantly the customer service is unmatched. Mandy was kind, informative, and patiently walked me through every step of the rental process. She's the best! Plus, this facility set itself apart from the others by offering me a truck and movers to help move in. Simply amazing! I left there confident my mother's belongings were being stored in the right place.

Mandy at CSI was so kind and helpful, as well as being very informative about everything. They have a nice, Clean, property there and great prices too!! Plus they're sending a moving truck to come pick up my belongings to load and pack in my unit for no additional charge. Super cool:) that's gonna be a Huge help to me. Thank you Mandy. I'd recommend this business to everyone that needs storage for sure.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Star Service. Reasonable prices, clean facility, and excellent customer service. This storage facility moves you in for free. The process was a breeze. I did everything online and then called to schedule the movers. I was able to get the movers scheduled within a week. The movers showed up the day as promised and on time. However, due to MY mistake, I gave them the wrong address which was 20 min away from the actual pick up location. The staff did not complain, they did not have an attitude or seemed frustrated. They immediately drove to the correct pick up location and proceeded to load my belongings onto the truck. They did it with a smile and a respectful attitude. Excellent customer service. The office staff was friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Mandy and her team for making my move an easy process.
