I loved renting here even though it was for just a short time. The spaces are so clean and i love that they are indoors. Security was great with personal codes so I felt my stuff and myself were very safe. The staff, especially Arizona, were helpful, observant, professional, and kind.

The best storage facility I've ever been in. Never thought id be glazing a storage unit. Worth every penny though. All indoor. All temperature regulated. Everything requires codes for extra security. Many large carts avaliable to help move stuff. Big elevators. Its unfortunate I have to switch facilities to somewhere closer to me, otherwise I'd stay here. The best storage facility in my area doesnt even come close to this place. Highly recommend.

I spoke with Marie (the manager), she was so kind and polite. Very informative and patient with me as I asked question after question. I'm recommending this place to my family. It was clean, and easy to access. A truly positive atmosphere with affordable prices!!

My husband won a unit at auction. I was in my van in the parking lot. There weren’t any no smoking signs anywhere except the gate which I didn’t notice until I looked for them after I was smoking in my van af Leslie came and yelled a t me and was shaking her finger at me. After quickly leaving property to wait outside, I called to get her name. She said she was the only manager which come to find out is Leslie. She was so rude, she could have handled the situation way better or kindly warned me and I would have gladly complied. Now about 6 months later he buys another unit at a different extra space storage; come to find out she flagged my husbands account noting me smoking on the property. I wasn’t going to say anything but not im ticked. She was yelling at some guy next to me as well cause his hood on his truck was up. I hope your company takes this seriously. Leslie should NOT be in the customer service business. I was just the driver, he was innocent. How rude and what a disgrace to be representing the face of Extra Space Storage.
