The first day I had moved in I accidentally left my key in the lock when I left and within 15 minutes of leaving one of the employees (Sharron) had noticed it, contacted me and made sure my unit was secured untill I was able to get back and pick up my key. From that point forward I've had nothing but positive/friendly/helpful interactions with Ms. Sharron whenever I'm at my unit. The facility is very clean with a friendly atmosphere and most importantly I feel confident my possessions are secure. I strongly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a storage space.

I spoke to Jenelle and OMG she(I failed to ask for your pronouns) was delightful! Went above and beyond to help me when I was VERY unsure about my decisions. I enjoyed our conversation while Jenelle helped. Not pushy and more helpful than I expected! Thanks to Tom too for trying to call me. Thanks so much Jenelle! You are an awesome human being! 💖

This storage facility is a joke. Online says we can set up and start storing within minutes. Not the case. They want you to show ID before you start storing which is fine if they had someone there on the property to view your ID. I made several appointments to show my ID all of them the manager didn't show up to. She had a very poor attitude. The lady who lives on site acts oblivious. She acts like she doesn't know what's going on. And acts like she wants to help but just gives you the run around. It took me 9 days to be able to start storing my stuff with no problems. Then when I try to go back in they ask to see my ID again and tell me I have to show my ID Everytime I want to enter the property. I do not recommend this place. Stay away from this location . The other public storage places are run much better than this facility.

I had some complications on with the online services which I ended up with the wrong unit then told by the representative to go into the office to get my units switched out from outside unit to inside unit..... anyways long story short this lady named Sharron was there to help me what a beautiful and patient soul who gracefully guided me and helped me... I literally have never felt more care about but after a long process of not giving up on me we figured it out. So thank you Sharron your the best. I couldnt have done this without you. ..

Customer service/atmosphere is an A++++! My boyfriend has a unit here and I have a unit at the lakewood location and the difference is night and day. Even tho all the employees here are great, 1 by the name of Sharron has been exceptional. To bad she cant go to other locations (32nd Ave CT W.) and teach them Customer service. Keep up the great work! Ill be renting there soon if my man doesn't give in soon and just let me share with him.
