Good start but bad price increase

I have 2 units, for 2 households. Everything was fine until after only 6 months they increase the first unit by $136 a month. Haven't got the increase on the 2nd unit yet as we've only had it 3 months. I am currently looking for another place.

So far so good.

So far I am happy with Public Storage. I moved my belongings from Self storage because after 3 months they raised my rent an extra 130 dollars. I was assured that would not happen here. Hopefully it won't happen and I will be able to relax until I find a permanent place for the stuff that I unfortunately inherited from a family tragedy.

Cheap & easy

I like that it was fast and easy, the price was right, drove out of my way for the price. I don't like that you have to get out and put in the gate code again to get out of the gate, however understandably so since they have vehicles stored their also.All in all "EASIEST" storage facility I've had in a long time.

Public storage has always been the best. Easy to work with, .I love the fact that everything can be done on your phone.including entry into your facility!

Service was great. There was a problem with our assigned vehicle storage space being occupied. Max jumped in to action and helped us find another spot, check us in and redo our rental agreement to reflect the new space. He was incredibly helpful and we were on our way quickly.

The place gets worse and worse. They rase pay for customers for $20-$30 at a time and tell you get out or pay! The key for the gate is barely working, the connection of their metal gates is horrible! Had to wait for 10 min by the gate until this piece of trash connects and opens it! What a trash place this location has become! SHAME ON MANAGEMENT!!!! There are Tons of other storages in the area! Choose wisely and choose other than this bad location!

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! This location is known for theft. Thieves are entering using random codes, driving vehicles with no plates, and wearing masks without any reports to police by staff. Cameras are randomly not working and employees are conveniently late to work at the time thefts are being committed.
