We got a 10 x 10 unit for temporary storage and the whole process was painless. They included a lock for the unit if you did not buy your own, for a fair price. Easy to drive up to and unload our stuff, and right off of 340. Would definitely use again if needed

We rented a climate controlled 10 x 20 in ranson WV over the phone. We told the employee helping us we would be there until after office hours. We payed and received gate codes but never got codes for the doors leading to the climate controlled units. There is also no instructions to get codes. We tried calling but there is no customer service outside of business hours (M-F) 9-5pm. So we waisted 2 hrs on the road and had to find another storage company to store our belongings. 10/10 would recommend finding a different company to rent from if this is standard operating procedure. Requesting a refund after the weekend will update with that process after it is settled completed. Update: we were able to get a refund and informed this is a known error in their automation. Leaving as a one star due to the inconvenience but will note the customer service in resolving the issue was good.

Expect outragous rent increases of up to 25% every 3-4 months. Also expect elevators/AC to be out and for them to have little 'steps' to get into buildings making carts unreasonable. The one bright spot is the staff... when they're actually available they're great, but they're out of office whenever I need something. Cannot wait to move out.

Good experience signing up and very easy. Everyone I’ve spoken to is friendly. Unit was clean - had some dings in walls, but that’s expected. Only issue I had is when they send you the text that gives you your access code to gate, It’s not correct. You don’t input the zero and it’s missing two special characters you need at the pad. It would be helpful if there was a sign on the pad that told you what all you had to hit. So I got there early on my first day of moving in and couldn’t get in. I had to wait until someone was in the office. It wasted a couple hours of my time. Not a big deal, but should be corrected and send the code exactly as it needs to be entered. I even looked on their website to see if it said how it had to be entered and could find nothing. Anyway, it is a nice storage place overall.

Great customer services. The employees has always been courteous and helpful. The buildings are usually clean or being cleaned. The only reason for 3 star is that I have been using their services for more than 3 years now but the upper management keeps raising the rent prices. A year ago I was force to move into a smaller unit due the increase in prices. And since then they raised it twice without a really good reason. I also use to do split payments which was easier for my wallet and was late very little because of it. Unless you pay in person or online if you pay over the phone you pay an extra fee. Also the call service is confusing and not really good. Like I said I really like the people who works there, they are awesome but it’s everything else.
