I was in dire straights, in desperate need for a location to store my enormous trailer camper. Through a 3rd party site, I found Murphy’s and booked a spot; easy peasy. A couple of days before my “move in”, I called to finalize the deal. Turns out, the spot I booked, while on the property, was outside the gate. Didn’t matter though. Matt and his wife talked to me, gathered what I was really looking for - a secure location to store - and got back to me a couple of days later with a a perfect spot! Their super friendly and caring attitude, got me exactly what I needed, at a price that’s fair and reasonable. Their daily is well laid out, easy to fine and navigate and their onsite security is wonderful. If you need storage in the Nitro area, go see them and get a space. They’ll take good care of you, with a refreshing respect.

The woman who works in the office is rude as all get out she talks down to you and you ask for help with storage locker and she bites your head off and gets down right nasty with you. Also we were paid up on our storage locker and they cut my husbands lock off one of our storage units after we were paid up to date and they are saying oh it was taken off because we weren’t paid. They really need to keep better track of there records. I do not recommend them at all: the woman is the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with if I could give a zero star because of her attitude I would

I was looking for a place to store my 5th wheel camper. I contacted the owners and they were great to work with and I might add on short notice. I had zero issues and was able to do all the paperwork and payments online which was great. Great experience!
