We needed a unit to help store some stuff while we are in transition. The unit at Extra Space was easy to sign up for and fits our needs perfectly. I love how no lock/key is needed…all top rate tech. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

It's a beautiful facility and obviously it's clean and well cared for but what they don't tell you when you accept the rate is that it will practically double after 4 months. I was unfortunate enough to pick a popular size so when my unit went from $80 to $155 the main company denied an adjustment because no more units of that size were available. You're better off picking somewhere else or even going with an entire different company all together.

'GREAT facility. Man. Sub-zero temps outside, but quite comfortable inside! Too, lots of little hand carts to move boxes; some parking available inside (out of the cold) behind big overhead doors. No need for a padlock, etc. 'Just convenient! Easy! Clean! And so on. Forget everything you've known about storage units and go to THIS PLACE!! (OH! I rented in Madison, WI--just FYI.)

I’m not sure why the access hours were changed, but this location used to be open until 11pm and now closes at 10pm. For people who work later hours, that extra hour makes a big difference. A couple of hours in the evening isn’t always enough time to move items, especially larger loads. What’s more frustrating is that once it hits 10pm, all doors and the garage are disabled. If you get held up even slightly past closing, you can’t access your unit or use the elevator. For a storage facility, flexible access is a big part of the value, so I really hope management reconsiders extending the hours again.

Easy to rent a unit online. Quick follow up by a team member who is helpful and courteous. I have rented from Extra Space storage at multiple locations and have always had a good experience. Would recommend
